Class 41 A cultural sporting event or game where used tea, coffee or other herbal infusion bags are tossed, swung, thrown or otherwise propelled at a small shrub, tree, or other suitable object on which the string and tag of the bag may become entangled in the foliage and remain suspended on the said shrub, tree or other object; the object of the exercise is to develop a skill unique to the gentle art of tossing tea bags from a given distance with the aim of not only achieving a fun image of dangling bags, creating a "tea tree", but can be competitive as contestants aim to have their bag hanging closest to a given point on the tree
